The Year of Mercy brought to the forefront the significance of the ministry of the Church to the poor ones through what Christian tradition calls the Corporal and Spiritual Acts of Mercy. Fourteen Lessons found in this book are prepared keeping the students, belonging to the age-group of 16-18 which will correspond to the students of classes 10-12. The methodology adopted for the lessons is anthropological in order to make the teachings of the Church on the corporal and spiritual acts of mercy interact with the life situations of the students. It is also prepared in a way that is easy for the animator to adapt to any situation. The teaching aids to be used are not technical or difficult to obtain. So this book is useful both for animators and the students.
